Corrections should be visible, specific, and prompt.

If a Signal contains a factual error, misleading description, incorrect attribution, broken source, or rights concern, email [email protected]with the page URL and supporting evidence.

What happens next

We review the original evidence, update or remove the affected material when warranted, and add a correction note when the change materially affects a reader's understanding. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a note.

Source updates

When an original publisher changes or retracts its work, we reassess the Signal rather than silently preserving an outdated claim.
